30-Day Returns Policy

At Baskoraa, we want you to truly love your purchase. So if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer an easy return process for your complete peace of mind. We understand purchasing online can be daunting at times, so to ensure you can shop confidently we allow hassle-free returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Our team is responsive and helpful in ensuring a smooth returns experience for you.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return your order. For customers in the United Kingdom, this also satisfies the legal 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. We recommend taking photos before shipping your return as proof of condition in case of carrier damage.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Email support@baskoraa.com with clear photos or a short video showing the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • Easy Returns: Returning items to us is straightforward. Our Customer Service team will guide you through every step to ensure a smooth process. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email support@baskoraa.com with 1) Your order number, 2) Reason for return and 3) Photos of your product/order.
  2. Get Return Instructions: Within 24 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Repack securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  4. Print the Shipping Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (cost may be deducted from your refund if applicable).
  5. Send it Back: Drop your package at your nearest shipping carrier within 5 business days of receiving your return label. Returns not dropped off within this timeframe may no longer be eligible.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 48 hours.
  • Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

 

Order Cancellation

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed.

To cancel your order, please email us within this timeframe. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full, less the original payment transaction fee incurred at the time of purchase. This fee (typically between 1.8%–2.9% depending on the payment method) is charged by the payment processor and is not returned to us when a refund is issued.

 

Return Costs

  • For Defective Products: If your product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or no longer want your item, you can return it within 30 days. 

    In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees + original payment processing fee are non-refundable. Whilst we offer Free Delivery, the actual return costs may vary significantly depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Our team will be happy to arrange the return for you. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to organise your own return using a courier of your choice

  • Exchanges: Need a different size, color, or product? Simply contact us, and we’ll help facilitate your exchange promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as custom, seasonal, or one-of-a-kind collections, are non-returnable. These will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Custom Order Return Policy

We proudly offer custom orders tailored to your exact preferences. Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once approved and cannot be returned due to change of mind.

How It Works

  • Collaboration: Our team works closely with you to confirm design details, such as pendant light mounting type or finish.
  • Approval: Before production, we’ll provide photos or drawings for your review. Your approval confirms the design matches your request.
  • Final Sale: Once approved, your custom order cannot be canceled or returned unless it arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Custom Orders

If your custom piece arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Email support@baskoraa.com with photos or a short video so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Your Legal Rights (UK Customers)

For customers in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Our 30-day returns policy extends and enhances this right for your convenience.
