Question #1: How long will it take to receive my order?

Question #3: Where is the Baskoraa located?
Answer: Baskoraa is a U.S. based home decor brand. We proudly offer a curated selection of high-quality and aspirational home decor, lamp and lighting products, with shipping available exclusively within the U.S. and the U.K.
Question #4: What if I receive a defective product?
Answer: If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us and return the item within 30 days. For more information, see our Return Policy
Question #5: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Answer: Yes, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us via email. After that, fulfillment may already be underway.
Question #6: What is your return policy?
Answer: We have a simple and hassle-free return process. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Once the item is received and inspected at our return facility, your refund will be issued within 48 hours, and the funds will appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that our primary warehouse is located overseas, so the return shipping cost may be higher than domestic U.S. or U.K. rates. We’re always happy to help guide you through the process to ensure it’s smooth and cost-effective.

Question #7: When will I get my refund after returning a product?
Answer: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed with 48 hrs. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. See our Refund Policy for more details.
Question #8: Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

Answer: No, we currently ship exclusively within the United States and United Kingdom.
Question #11: Do you have a physical store location I can visit?
Answer: We are an online-only store, which allows us to offer the best prices and a wide selection of products. We aim to bring our hand picked products, with an amazing customer experience, to give you the feel of walking into a premium home decor shop, without the hefty price tag. That's the Baskoraa difference.
Question #12: Can I place a bulk order for my business or organization?
Answer: Yes, we accept bulk orders. Please contact our customer support team for details.
Question #13: Are your lighting products compatible with U.S. and UK voltage and wiring standards?
Answer: Yes — all Baskoraa lighting products are built to match the electrical standards of your destination country. Orders shipped to the United States include the standard 120V wiring and U.S. plug configuration, while orders shipped to the United Kingdom (and other 220–240V regions) are supplied with the correct UK plug and wiring setup. Every light is prepared at our factory before shipment to ensure it’s ready for use upon delivery. For special installations, we always recommend using a qualified electrician.
Question #14: What if I need help with styling or choosing a product?
Answer: Our team at Baskoraa loves to help. We personally select every product and welcome questions if you’d like design guidance. Just email us via hello@baskoraa.com and our team will be in touch. We can help with your design, providing 3D renders and even a visulation of our products in your space. This service is offered completely free by Baskoraa.
