Baskoraa Shipping Policy
At Baskoraa, we’re committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience, from browsing to delivery. We proudly offer free domestic shipping across the United States and the United Kingdom with reliable carriers and clearly defined shipping timelines. Our fulfillment process is built to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely delivery of your orders.
Where We Ship
United States: We’re pleased to offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii may require an additional delivery fee due to higher carrier costs. If you’re located in Hawaii, we recommend contacting us before placing your order for a personalized shipping quote. Alternatively, you can complete your order, and our team will promptly reach out with the adjusted shipping cost for your approval.
United Kingdom: We ship to all regions of the U.K., including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Additional delivery time may apply for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond the U.S. and U.K., and we do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing & Handling Time
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time (U.S.): 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Order Cut-off Time (U.K.): 5:00 PM London Time (GMT/BST)

Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed after the local cut-off will be processed the following business day. Orders are picked, packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier within this timeframe.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, your package will arrive within the following timeframes:
United States (Shipping Method): Standard Service (USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL)
United Kingdom (Shipping Method): Standard Service (Royal Mail/Evri (Hermes)/DPD/DHL UK/FedEx)
Estimated Transit Time: 6–8 business days
Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time
This means most orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs
United States: We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, regardless of order size or value — no minimum required.
United Kingdom: We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.K. orders, with no minimum spend required.
Need expedited delivery? Please place your order as normal and include a note requesting an expedited shipping quote in the “Notes to Baskoraa” field at cart/checkout. Our team will promptly contact you with options and pricing before processing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order status anytime through our Order Tracking page.
If you don’t see your tracking information within 48 hours after shipping, please reach out to our customer support team. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder as it may be sitting in there.
Delivery Problems or Delays
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will:
- Assist in locating your package
- File claims with the shipping carrier, if necessary
- Offer a replacement or refund if appropriate, based on the investigation outcome
Delivery Confirmation, Security & Liability Policy
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery, including theft from a porch, mailbox, concierge area, reception, or shared building space (“porch piracy”).
Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier’s tracking confirms delivery to the correct address. This may include delivery to a safe place, front door, mailbox, or building management, as determined by the carrier.
Signature Delivery Requests
If you require signature confirmation or special delivery instructions, this must be clearly requested in the “Notes to Baskoraa” field at checkout.
If no such request is provided at checkout, the order will be shipped using our regular delivery method without signature confirmation, and delivery confirmation from the carrier will be considered sufficient proof of fulfillment.
Missing Packages After Delivery
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly to request delivery details or GPS confirmation
- Filing a local police report in cases of suspected theft
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for orders that are confirmed as delivered will be actively contested using carrier delivery confirmation, order details, and shipping records. Filing a chargeback does not override confirmed proof of delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.K.)
All prices on our U.K. storefront are shown in GBP (£) and are fully inclusive of all import duties and taxes. We handle all customs charges on your behalf, so you won’t be asked to pay anything extra on delivery — no hidden fees, no surprises.
We also pre-clear shipments where possible to support smooth delivery and avoid unnecessary Customs delays.
As taxes are not charged separately at checkout, VAT cannot be reclaimed. This means the purchase is not eligible for VAT reclaim for business customers. Your order confirmation email serves as your invoice for accounting and record-keeping purposes.
